The exercises offered in the club have rejuvenating and health-enhancing effects, but they are not a form of medical treatment.
Temporary contraindications:
- Skin rashes or active inflammatory skin conditions
- Purulent (pus-related) infections, inflamed lymph nodes or blood vessels
- Active bleeding or recent hemorrhage (e.g. nosebleeds, intestinal or uterine bleeding)
- Acute fever, high body temperature, or other inflammatory conditions
- Acute hypertensive or hypotensive crisis
- Chest pain or discomfort in the heart area
- Acute respiratory infections (within 2−5 days after symptoms subside)
- General severe conditions caused by illness or injury
- Alcohol intoxication
Absolute contraindications:
- Benign or malignant tumors of any kind
- Gangrene, osteomyelitis, or trophic ulcers
- Blood disorders, peripheral vascular atherosclerosis, thrombosis
- Thrombophlebitis
- Mental health conditions involving excessive agitation or significantly altered perception
- Kidney or liver failure
- Active forms of tuberculosis
Local contraindications (affecting specific areas of the body):
- Warts, skin damage or irritation, abrasions, and cracks
- Psoriasis, neurodermatitis, stage 2 or 3 couperosis, eczema
- Swollen or painful lymph nodes in a specific area
- Lower back or abdominal work if an ovarian cyst is diagnosed
- Pain upon abdominal palpation, or conditions involving internal bleeding (e.g., ulcers, certain gynecological disorders)
- Presence of spinal or neck implants/prosthetics — twisting exercises should be avoided

- First trimester of pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
- Menstrual cycle
