• From 2015 to 2018 - postgraduate studies in the Department of Microsurgery and Reconstructive-Plastic Surgery of the Hand at the Priorov Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics.
• In 2019, defended a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in Reconstructive-Plastic Surgery of the Hand.

Path to Osteopathy and Facelift

• In 2005, completed the first three-month course in therapeutic massage and started practicing.
• In 2008, underwent professional training in the specialty of medical massage at the Institute of Restorative Medicine (Moscow). In the same year, received training and practiced visceral chiropractics and manual therapy until starting to study osteopathy.
• Since 2009, completed a full course of osteopathy training at several schools:

- Institute of Osteopathy and Metavitonics by E.M. Neimatov

• Since 2010, began to engage in natural facial rejuvenation after seeing the effectiveness of osteopathic techniques and special massage techniques in combination during training.
• From 2010 to 2016 - worked in elite centers and clinics in Moscow: SPA Salon by Tina Kandelaki "In Copernicus", European Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine and Weight Loss (today Eurasian Clinic), RHANA Clinic, Nikolskaya Health Club, Fitness & SPA Golden Mile. • In 2017, developed and patented my unique author's rejuvenation system - Facelift, based on years of training and experience working with facial asymmetries and age-related changes.
• In 2018, founded the Clinic Dr.Ales - Osteopathy, Facelift, and Aesthetic Medicine Clinic (Moscow).
• In 2019, founded the International Academy of Facelift and Osteopathy.
