WEEK 1
Day 1:
Day 2:
Diagnostics and Tongue/Neck Alignment
Day 3:
Tongue Mobility and Muscle Freedom
Day 5:
Jaw and Chewing Muscle Release
Weekend:
Review and Reinforcement
Tongue Strength and Functional Swallowing
Day 4:
Deeper Tongue Training + Functional Integration
We start with the foundation — understanding your facial structure, identifying weaknesses, and where internal support has “collapsed”
  • Assess the position of your upper jaw, facial angle, and dental arch width
  • Learn proper tongue posture
  • Relax the neck and align your posture through occipital release
For the tongue to support the maxilla properly, it must be strong and mobile
  • Perform tongue stretching techniques
  • Learn the “Tongue to Cheek” strengthening exercise
  • Start the full tongue strengthening routine (e.g., “Jam,” “Painter,” “Swing”)
There’s no facial harmony without soft, relaxed jaws
  • Massage the upper and lower jaw
  • Use intraoral release for tight chewing muscles
  • Stimulate lymph flow and deep breathing
  • Repeat key techniques
  • Meditation, neck work, tongue posture, mewing, massage
  • Prepare the system for deeper transformation during Week 2
We work with the act of swallowing — a critical influence on facial symmetry and jaw alignment
  • Learn the “Wall Swallowing” technique
  • Reinforce the reflex of tongue pushing up into the palate
  • Begin conscious engagement of the hyoid system
  • Repeat meditation and neck routines
  • Focus on daily repetition of the core tongue exercises
  • Work with the subtle inclusion of the tongue in breathing and swallowing
Goal:
Identify what causes facial asymmetry and a “sunken,” tired appearance
Goal:
Build a solid muscular foundation under the upper jaw
Goal:
Free the structural tension that pulls the face out of symmetry
Goal:
Integrate, not overload. Gentle repetition builds sustainable change
Goal:
Identify what causes facial asymmetry and a “sunken,” tired appearance
Goal:
Build neuromuscular memory so the tongue naturally supports facial structure
WEEK 2
Day 1:
Day 2:
Lymphatic Drainage and Cranial Sutures
Day 3:
Cranial Harmonization and Tongue Support
Day 5:
Cheekbone Lift and TMJ Balancing
Weekend:
Review and Reinforcement
Osteopathic Techniques for the Maxilla
Day 4:
Breathwork and Midface Release
  • Drainage techniques for head and neck
  • Massage cranial sutures (sagittal, temporal, etc.)
  • Practice soft-release techniques for the upper jaw
  • Align the sphenoid bone
  • Relax the cranial base and connect it with the tongue
  • Practice the “Gum Technique” to support the palate
  • Perform a targeted cheekbone lift
  • Balance the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) to ensure smooth jaw function
  • Stabilize facial alignment
  • Combine all key techniques in a personalized flow
  • Repetition in your own rhythm
  • Maintain and deepen your visible results
  • Step-by-step daily protocol
  • Clear plan: what to do daily, every other day, and twice a week
  • Printable tracker + photo submission instructions
  • Enter final results for contest and follow-up
Final phase:
How to Keep Going
  • Release the lateral pterygoid muscles
  • Activate gentle forward movement of the upper jaw
  • Loosen tightness in facial bones and cranial base
  • Vibration technique for improving nasal breathing
  • Unblock the eyes, nose, and center of the face
  • Work with the ethmoid bone and palatal suture
Goal:
Remove deep restrictions preventing the face from expanding and realigning
Goal:
Restore the vertical axis of the face and activate inner volume
Goal:
Define contours, restore symmetry, and lock in the lifted facial architecture
Goal:
Make the maxilla move into its natural, supported position — without force or pain
Goal:
Relieve puffiness, dark circles, and centerline tension to restore radiance and balance
See you at the course!
